Bose’s smallest Bluetooth speaker is a great deal at 35 percent off

The Bose SoundLink Micro (2nd Gen), Bose's most compact Bluetooth speaker, is currently on sale for $79.99 at Amazon, down from its regular $129 price tag — a roughly 35 percent discount, per The Verge.

The speaker measures just over four inches wide and 1.54 inches deep, weighing less than a pound, making it small enough to slip into a purse or backpack. It carries an IP67 dust- and waterproof rating — the same as Bose's larger Bluetooth speakers — and is rated for up to 12 hours of battery life on a single charge. A built-in nylon strap lets users attach it to a backpack or bike handlebars, according to The Verge.

Bose is primarily known for its QuietComfort headphone line, but its portable Bluetooth speakers have built a reputation for sound quality and durability. The SoundLink Micro sits at the compact end of that lineup, trading some output for a form factor that fits almost anywhere.
