Early bird pricing for RoboBusiness 2026 ends August 31
Early bird passes to RoboBusiness 2026 — saving $200 on full conference tickets — expire August 31, with the event set for October 20–21 in Santa Clara.
RoboBusiness 2026 early bird pricing ends August 31, per The Robot Report. The discount saves attendees $200 on full conference passes; expo-only pass buyers save $40 under the same deadline.
A full conference pass covers all keynote and breakout sessions, post-show access to speaker presentations, networking breaks, engineering theater sessions, and expo floor access, according to The Robot Report. The show takes place October 20–21 at the Santa Clara Convention Center and is produced by The Robot Report and its parent company, Arrowfly. MassRobotics, described as the world's largest independent robotics hub, is listed as the event's strategic partner.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of RoboBusiness. The conference will run five tracks covering physical AI, enabling technologies, humanoids, field robotics, and business and deployment, with more than 100 exhibitors on the show floor and a dedicated Startup Alley highlighting companies across various industries.
Four keynote sessions are on the program, as detailed by The Robot Report. The opening session, "The Next 20 Years of Robotics," features Robust AI's Rodney Brooks, Agility Robotics' Jonathan Hurst, and UC Berkeley's Ken Goldberg. Day 1 closes with "Beyond the Demo: AI in Production Robotics," featuring Amazon's Bhavana Chandrashekhar, Teradyne Robotics' James Davidson, and Cobot's Michael Vogelson. Day 2 opens with a "State of Humanoids" panel including Agility's Pras Velagapudi, Apptronik's Parker Conroy, Persona AI's Michael Patrick Perry, and PSYONIC's Aadeel Akhtar. The closing session features Morgan Pope — formerly of Disney Imagineering and now director of companionship at Familiar Machines & Magic — discussing the development of a new robotic character at mass-market scale.
Attendees who want early bird pricing can register at the RoboBusiness website before the August 31 cutoff. Sponsorship and exhibition inquiries are directed to Colleen Sepich at Arrowfly.
