Breadfast expands into restaurant delivery with Breadfast Food

Breadfast announced the official launch of Breadfast Food, a restaurant delivery service that expands the Egyptian convenience platform's integrated ecosystem following a successful beta period, per Wamda. The service lets customers order from a curated selection of restaurants directly through the Breadfast app alongside the company's existing offerings of groceries, bakery, coffee, and pharmacy.

Breadfast Food leverages the company's established logistics network and supply chain expertise to deliver restaurant orders with the same standards customers expect from the grocery business. The service includes daily exclusive offers and discounts on restaurant orders. Muhammad Habib, Breadfast's co-founder and chief operating officer, said the move reflects customer expectations: "Our customers don't think about groceries, meals, coffee, or personal care as separate services. They simply want the easiest and most reliable way to get everything they need in their daily lives."

Breadfast began as a quick-commerce grocery platform and has grown into a broader ecosystem designed around daily convenience. The company's technology stack relies on AI to predict customer orders, manage inventory decisions, and optimize delivery routing. The expansion into restaurant delivery marks the latest phase in the company's effort to consolidate multiple everyday services into a single app, a strategy gaining traction as consumers increasingly expect connected digital experiences from a unified platform rather than managing separate applications.
